We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Return Eligibility

• Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Sandals must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Used or worn sandals.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
• For COD orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
• The Rs. 250 delivery charge is non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
