Sandals Zone – Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website or placing an order with Sandals Zone, you agree to the following terms:

General

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Product images are for reference purposes. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Product availability may change without prior notice.

Orders

• Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.
• We may contact customers to confirm Cash on Delivery orders.
• Orders may be cancelled if the customer provides incorrect information, cannot be reached for confirmation, or repeatedly refuses COD deliveries.

Shipping

• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after processing.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are subject to our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
• Products must meet the return conditions before a refund or exchange is approved.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information.
• Sandals Zone is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Changes to Terms

• Sandals Zone reserves the right to modify products, prices, services, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
